**Project Plaque 33**
An 330 Square Meter Villa on a 750 Square Meter Plot in Tehran’s Elahieh District Project Plaque 33 features a villa spanning 330 square meters, nestled within a generous 750 square meter plot located in the prestigious Elahieh district of Tehran. This building, with a history of nearly 35 years, comprises two living rooms and three bedrooms. It was envisioned to undergo a transformation to accommodate the commercial office of a factory on its two ground floors, while the basement was redesigned as a private two-bedroom unit for the employer’s personal use. The villa required significant modifications to create distinct spaces for the financial, commercial, and logistics departments, as well as a conference room, management offices, a pantry, a waiting area for visitors, and a reception. The exterior space was also reimagined, relocating the entrance to face the courtyard and designing a covered parking area, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
